Orders can be placed for pre-order as well as same-day order, depending on shop opening hours.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

2. Payment

We accept payments via UPI, Razorpay, PhonePe, debit/credit cards, and cash.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are available within our defined delivery areas.

Delivery charges vary based on distance and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timings depend on pre-order selection, shop working hours, and holiday schedules.

We are not liable for delays due to external factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

4. Product Quality

All bakery products are freshly prepared to maintain quality and hygiene.

Returns are not allowed for food items once delivered.

In case of any quality issues (e.g., damaged, stale, or incorrect items), please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion after verification.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or in cash.

6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change based on ingredient and market costs.

Final prices are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

7. Liability

Bakezone is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse service in case of policy violations or misuse of our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
