We take full responsibility and will resolve issues fairly, including replacements or refunds if deemed necessary by a Bakezone Executive.
Complaints related to quality or damaged products must be raised within 30 Minutes of delivery for evaluation and resolution.
For approved returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 hours
Refunds will be provided through the original payment method or in cash, depending on the circumstances.
For approved refunds, the amount will be credited into the source account within 7-10 business days
Orders cannot be canceled once accepted, due to the fresh preparation of all products.
