Bakezone(“we”, “our”, “us”) strive to ensure your orders are delivered fresh and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery procedures for online orders.

 

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Kharadi, Pune.

 

2. Delivery Timing

Orders are accepted on a pre-order basis, allowing you to choose a convenient delivery time.
Our shop operates Monday to Sunday, 11.00 AM to 00.00 midnight.
Deliveries may not be available on certain holidays, which can vary.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on distance and may vary depending on our shop’s calculation or the rates of delivery partners.
The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Store Pickup Option

You can also choose to pick up your order from our store at the chosen time.

5. Order Tracking

Customers will receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp regarding the status of their order.

6. Delivery Issues

If there is any issue with your delivery (delay, wrong order, etc.), please contact our support team immediately for resolution.

7. Deliver time frame-

Preordered products will be delivered as per the timing agreed with the customers (2-4 hours). On the shelf products will be delivered through delivery partners and the time frame will depend on the distance to be covered and prevalent traffic condition. However, our endeavour would be to deliver products in the quickest possible time frame.
